Review content:
After reading Michele's review, I believe she contradicted herself. In her first sentence,she stated it was a rip-off and in her last sentence she stated to go for the extra few dollars. So, which is it? Her review can't be validated in my opinion. She hasn't mentioned any specific mistakes that they made. She should have reviewed her comments before posting it, before trying to ruin someone who has reputable reputation. I have to truly say that my experience was a great one. The choice of the design and filter location was up to me the customer. Maybe after it was completed it wasn't where she really wanted it and naturally it easier to blame someone else.
