Review content:
We just wanted a new fence for our yard. We showed up to the store with a property survey thinking that would be enough for them to price out what we need. They wouldn't even talk to us, they told us we needed to have a free inhome estimate. We sheceduled the estimate. The guy measured our property (same as survey). Said he would call back in 2 days with a quote and never did. We called the company office telling them that we never heard back and they said they would get back to us shortly. We never heard back from them. Also we were concerned about town fence code and how high it could be. The estimator insisted it could be 6 ft tall along a street. We looked up the town code and saw that in the measured location it could be a maximum of 4 feet. I thought they were the experts? I thought they were in business to provide and install fencing? They lost my business. Pros: null Cons: null
