This place is big, spacious and has the potential to b nice! However the people who work here are the rudest, non professional people i have EVER dealt with! Paperwork lost, not done, phone calls not returned, always trying to yell at someone, personal property thrown in the trash, complaints of physical harm not dealt with properly, threatening renters with termination of contract when questioned on MAJOR issues, hang up the phone rather than listen to a valid complaint, property management has shady background with the law, as well as some other employees, thinks they are above the law when it comes to renters rights!
Pros: big closets, nice view
Cons: staff, illegal paperwork practices,change rules w/the wind
