Review content:
The cemetery was sold a few years ago and the customer service has declined since then. I buried my parents here in 1983 and received excellent service. When I arranged to bury my wife here in May 2007: high pressure sales tactics for mortuary services (which I did not use due to the high cost), tried to sell graves to my family while I was purchasing my wife's grave, very difficult to reach the staff by phone (days elapsed before a call back), all their records are manual so they constantly had to dig thru files to find information, they mischeduled my wife's funeral for the week following so they had to scramble at the last minute to open the grave for the service and most egregious, they discovered a "match error" in my contract and brought it to my attention in the middle of the burial and demanded that I give them payment before I left the cemetery. If the grounds were not so picturesque, I would not use them. Caveat emptor.
Pros: Picturesque and well maintained grounds
Cons: Insensitive and inexperienced staff
