Review content:
The counselor they provided us provided inappropriately poor service at a time of grief and sadness. Initially they told us we had a definite date on the funeral, but were only later told that the day was booked and we had to delay the funeral one week. Second, pay attention to the contract and what they say in terms of payment which may be different. We were told and we signed a contract agreement about a montly payment for the burial plot. However, a week later we were told the total amount was due the day of the funeral. Nowhere in the contract did it say so. When confronted, our counselor stated she told my family this. So be warned.
