Review content:
Day 1 of moving in was a really bad experience for me - still don't have a parking spot, had to wait nearly 40 minutes to sign my lease because mgmt was no where to be found for the time my appointment was scheduled for. I received a clicker for the garage, which was wrong and didn't work. Nobody answered the phone or responded to my knocking on the door for nearly 2 hours, so carrying boxes across the community from a completely different garage late night while worrying about the "parking police" ticketing me was highly unpleasant. I am not looking forward to day 2 of moving in the last of our stuff. Where will we even park our second car? I told them up front we had two cars, but was never notified I needed to pay extra (which I gladly would have done, but was never offered the chance, even after providing TWO license plates and TWO car descriptions). This is the first review I've ever written because even after trying to get ahold of them 5 times today, nobody has returned my phone call and nobody really cares. The first man I spoke with was very nice and I was friendly to him and I was promised a call back from the manager. We'll see if that ever happens. Regardless, I'll be forking out more money I wasn't planning on. Lesson learned, keep your rent cheap so you can afford to BUY your own place and not have to worry about all of these silly little hassles!
