I have been taking my car to Tyerman's since I could drive, so approx 14 years now! In addition, all my cars have been brand new, and I never once took them to the dealer for maintenance; I've always taken my cars to the shop I trusted! Being a woman, It was always my concern when looking for an Auto shop to service my cars. I was concerned that repairs and service would be performed on my car that was not needed or that I wouldn't have the reliable and skilled mechanics to work on my car!
At Tyerman's I've always had great service, the Office Manager, Debbie is super sweet! She always gives me rides back to the office while they work on my car... and has stopped at Portos for me so that I could pickup a quick bite to eat before the office! The Shop Manager, Joel, always goes above and beyond when I ask him for his advice. I was recently looking for a VW to buy and when I came into the shop the following week he gave me a complete rundown on the different models, which one to stay away from, which year had the best safety rating, etc. All the mechanics there; Valente, Mason, Jr and probably a few others I'm leaving out are really nice and professional. They have never made me feel like I was being jipped and they are able to explain to me what were the issues with my car. They also are great about telling me what repairs/maintenance I can hold off on vs. selling me racking up my invoice.
When you are there, you feel like family! Like it's one of your family friends working on your car! I appreciate all the extras they do for me!
