Review content:
I called up Expert Moving and asked about their services last week. A woman answered and was slow to respond to what I was saying. She then told me some useful information and said George would be calling me back. So George called me back the next day (Friday) but I was working and was unable to get back to him in a timely manner. So I called Monday morning and told him all my information and that Id like a quote. He was fine with that and said he would call me by 5pm to tell me when he could stop by the next day. No Phone call. So the next evening he calls me and says he doesnt have my info in front of him and wonders when he said he was coming over. I tell him he was supposed to call the previous night and come this morning. No apology. He says well i suppose i could come over tomorrow but it has to be the morning. I said, great and hes like ok and tries to hang up. I said what time are you coming, and he says oh, is 11am ok. So here I am at 11:50... we called him at 11:30 to see if he was still at the office and he answered, so my husband just told him we dont want to waste his time, and he says im not wasting anybodys time... yes you are... ours.
