Review content:
I was invited to NDC as a guest over a year ago. At first everything was wonderful then, as soon as I slowed down on the number of lessons I took a week and didn't do the shows any longer because of the expense (once you get past your first set of lessons which is only a couple of hundred they run over $10,000 for a book of about 100 lessons!!), everything changed!! They no longer danced with me on Friday nights unless it was a slow night, I was the last one called to book in lessons then was frequently bumped for other students who were doing more than I was and was told I would lose what I had learned (muscle memory) if I did not continue at the same pace I had been previously. All in all it ended up making me feel horrible and that I had simply thrown my money away! I also agree with the other comments here about the alcohol and drug abuse. I saw it as well especially at the Friday parties. My instructor would drink before the parties and you could smell it on him!! I'm glad I learned to dance but am happy I left before they got my life savings!!
Pros: live bands on fridays
Cons: not worth the money
