I had a prom nightmare at the last second i didnt have a prom dress, and my prom was less than a week away. I walk in and right away they ask me what the occasion was, what color I was intrested in and when my prom was. After they heard my whole drama story about the other store and how I made them refund my money bridal was very sympathetic and joined as a team to make sure I had the prom dress of my dreams. which I did. A am a customer forever now. They put me at ease calmed me down gave advice, they were everything i neded. Which is hard to find during prom season.
Pros: great dress, great customer service, last minute help.
Cons: maybe a tad pushy for accesories
