Review content:
We used this facility for about 4-5 years, spent plenty to board, at one time, four pets. In 2010 we left our older pet there with specific instructions to NOT take her beds to be cleaned as she does not wet her bed, and she is very arthritic and needs both of them to switch out and lay on. When we arrived to pick up, at a different time than we gave them, BOTH beds were removed from her room(a suite, no less, because we thought she'd be better taken care of) only to find her lying on the floor shaking from being in pain! Furious I asked why or where her beds were they were brought to me wet smelling of a hundred dogs urine! I had to throw them away. I was told they had been washed! Really smelling so badly I had to stop on the way home and throw them away! There was no need to wash them unless she had been left and not taken out. So upsetting to see her lying on the hard floor.
