Took my car in after my dealer told me I needed new brake pads. Dobbs told me new brake pads AND front rotors - they could resurface the back ones. 17 days later, my back rotors are completely warped. First the manager Larry told me that it was because Chrysler made them so thin. I reminded him that they told me I could resurface them - he then told me that I must have had a "hard-breaking" incident. Which I haven't. So basically - I went into Dobbs to get pads and got pads and rotors - If I would have know I would have stayed with my dealer who was at least honest from the beginning.
Cons: Bait and Switch!
