Review content:
We were charged 426$ for a rock chip in the windshield. My wife rented a car from National for two days. A week after she turned the car in and returned home, we received a notice from a collection company, PurCo, stating that we owed National 426$ for a new windshield, two days of lost usage, and admin fees. When we looked through the documentation, the issue was a rock chip in the windshield in the bottom corner of the passenger side.
