I am writing this review while I am still waiting for my dishwasher to be repaired by Action Appliance. I contacted them on Wednesday Aug. 4th and the got a repair tech to come out to my home the following day. The tech arrived, identified the problem and told me that the part would have to be ordered and that it would take upwards of 10 days for the part to arrive and for them to come back and repair my dishwasher. I received a call from Action Appliance the following day informing me of the cost of the part and to give authorization to go ahead which I did. The individual told me that she would call me back to give me an estimated date of arrival for the part which she never did. It is now Monday August 8th and I decided to give them a follow up call. The individual I spoke with looked up my order and said that the order for the part wasn't entered until late Friday and that there is no tracking # and that once a tracking # shows up in the system it will take 3 to 4 business days before the part arrives. And! She said to call back on Thursday if I haven't heard back!!! What kind of service is this!!! I wish I had never called them. I wish I had never givin the authorization to go ahead but seeing that I was already $70 into them (this is the charge for coming out to your home)I figured I was stuck. Do not use Action Appliance!!!
