For the price and the apartment...keep shopping around. You can find better than Mission Brentwood. The apartments are nice, but nothing to write home to mom about. Average. The staff is nice until you have a question or a problem..not much patience or respect for their customers. Also, their maintenence guy is a real piece of work. Stopped by my apt to fix the air conditioning unit...it was 10:30 PM, he was barefoot in swimming trunks, and let himself in! Oh, and did I mention, not one, but two peeping tom incidents, cars broken into, and one even stolen. Again..keep shopping!
Pros: Good pool, nice landscaping
Cons: Unprofessional staff, several criminal incidents, old appliances
