Ghetto from start to finish. I went in with a Groupon for a one-hour facial that lasted 30 minutes. Was never offered any of the extras the voucher listed. The space is run-down & out-dated and the staff could use a lesson in class. The last thing I was told upon leaving was "just so you know, you won't be able to use any more Groupons here. They're only for new clients". Believe me, you won't have to worry about a second visit.
