DO NOT EVER take your children to kool smiles. The staff is attentive but the dentists are HORRIBLE. The convenience of sending your child back alone does not outweigh the physical and mental damage done by the shady procedures that are performed with/without parent permission. I have two children and between them they had 12 caps placed at kool smiles, the younger of the two woke up during the procedure and was in pain, accusing the dentist of abuse did not even stop the procedure. After visiting Murphy Dentistry it was revealed that the caps placed on my youngest were not even needed. Kool Smiles is so interested in your money (or in my case MEDICAIDs money) they could care less about if your child(ren) even needed the care in the first place. If visiting kool smiles do not allow them to be in the room alone with your children, supervise them at all times. BE AWARE
