Review content:
We had always loved shopping at Bark 'n Purr, so we decided to take our German Shepherd there to get groomed. A week after his appointment, we learned he had kennel cough. We also learned that is is common when a lot of dogs are together in a space, and now know that there is a vaccine for this that we had not gotten because we never board our dog. We felt it was important to let the manager know it was going around. I called and, in a very calm polite voice I started to tell her that our dog had contracted kennel cough and they might want to do a little extra scrubbing on the kennels. She interrupted me, saying it was not their fault, what did I want them to do about it, we should have had our dog vaccinated in the first place, etc. All I wanted to do was let her know what happened, and she was so rude and defensive, that we will never go back there again. Not for grooming, not even to shop.
