Review content:
We LOVE Bark-n-Purr. They carry nutritious and healthy food and treats, brands you can't find elsewhere. I agree with the other reviewer about their limited toy section -- but, they have a good selection of pet beds, their health section includes organic and herbal remedies along with the basics, and their leashes/collars selection is much higher quality than at other pet stores. But by far, the best thing this store has to offer is the staff. When we first adopted our dog, we were brand new to pet ownership. The BnP staff were such an asset to us in getting started. They're very knowledgable about all the products they carry, so they can make informed recommendations you can trust. They have a frequent buyer card for food, and they even let me return items when I lost a receipt. You just can't get service like that at the bigger chain pet stores. The only potentially negative thing is that prices on some items are a little higher than average, but it's worth it for the better service, and to support a local business.
