This is sad since i think the store is phenomenal in every other aspect. I went in to buy my dog pet food and couldn't help but overhear/see the people in the other room that do the grooming. The lady was SCREAMING at this poor little dog and they were very rough/forceful with it. It was a lhasa-apso or something like that. I was appalled. They should be trained to deal with all types of dogs even if this one may have been snippy...i don't know if it was. Since the new grooming team has taken over it has gone downhill fast. Beware unless you want your dog abused.
Pros: great place for food, toys, bed
Cons: unprofessional groomers that are mean and forceful with dogs & cats
