I've waited 3 months for paperwork to be processed and an appointment set. There are no returned calls, no progress and no relief from my RSD pain. It has taken 2 weeks, with constant calling, for the PA to authorize a clerk to complete a document and fax it to the insurance company for a pre-auth. for a refill that should already have been approved. Meanwhile, I'm still in pain, I discover that no records have been forward to anyone for 6 months which explains the lack of refill approval. Ins. did not know I was even still a patient. And still another week has passed and I'm still in pain! Calling results in numerous messages to answering services, with not return calls. And, I'm still in pain. The longer it takes, the harder it is to cure, or minimize...and I'm still in pain.
