Actually you don't need to avoid this practice cause they avoid you! I have left numerous messages for over two weeks and none of my calls were returned. In fact, everytime I called to leave another message, the people who answer the phone kept apologizing that no one would return my calls and said that was a frequent problem and they had no idea why none of the calls were returned. I did not have this problem before Dr. Dubois joined this practice.
