Review content:
I went to Austin Pain Associates for epideral injections for severe back pain. After I came out from the procedure, I was in severe pain at one of the injection sites (I had two performed) and since I was still coming out from the anesthsica, I had trouble asking questions. Dr Weber told me that he was not able to finish one of the injections and even though I ask why repeatedly, I never got a straight answer but was told I would get a phone call in the next couple of days to follow up and set up a new appt. Once I left, I paged the doctor since I was in so much pain I couldn't function, but with no response. I missed the next day of work, and had to leave early the day after b/c I was in so much pain from severe headaches. After researching on the web, I found out that I had a "spinal headache" which is caused by a doctor piercing the spinal cord, causing spinal fluid leakage- Definitly not! what is suppose to happen. I have since paged Dr. Weber again, and now 5 days later, still no response (nor did I ever get the phone call I was promised to follow up with what went wrong with the original injection). These people made my pain 5 times worse than it orginally was, and I would never go back to this place for treatment.
Cons: Still in pain, terrible bed-side manner, wont return patients phone calls!!!!
