Trying to find the best care for your pet? I had my dog in their care once and that will be it. Initially I thought it was pretty good, but then I started to think about the experience. I called them 3 times and they have those nice VIP suites that you can see from the lobby, so I wanted just that, however the story I got was always the same, "they only have one left and that was in the back" (where you cannot see if your pet was really in a VIP suite or just a cage). Well, I dropped my puppy off and one lady came and immediately took her back to her 'suite', wait, I didn't even tell her my name or that we had a reservation? hmmm...O.k. so I had seconds thoughts but was pressed to catch my flight, so I asked her to see my dog and make sure that she is o.k. Well, what can I tell you, "you are not allowed to go in the back to check, because of the anxiety it would cause in your pet..." build your own opinion, my believe is that they put her in a cage and had me pay for the VIP suite in the back. I went to another pet kennel recently and they of course allowed me to see my pet. Pros: null Cons: null
