I took my computer to these guys to fix a power cord problem since my grandson had pulled the connection almost totally out of the computer. They said it should only take a couple of days. Two weeks later Jay called and said I needed a new motherboard. I did not understand why I needed a motherboard when it was working fine with I took it in. Okay ... whatever, fix it. Then I was told I could come and get it. TWO WEEKS LATER. I took it home and the DVD player no longer worked and I could not get internet now. I took it back and was told now I would need a new DVD player/recorder. They said since I now have a new motherboard it is not compatible with my NEW motherboard. They fixed that and told me everything was fine. The NEW DVD part they installed fell out of the computer completely. The way they fixed the power cord situation was to black electrical tape it to the computer. They charged me $371.00 to fix NOTHING! I took it home and still no internet. I then called NortherSpeed to see if they could do something with it. He fixed the power cord problem AND found why I had NO INTERNET. They had broken my connection to the internet and BLACK TAPED IT TOGETHER! He fixed the entire thing for $91.00 and I had it the very next day. I wrote a letter to System Repair with a copy of NortherSpeeds bill and a copy of the antena for the internet with the tape still on it and told them I wanted my money back since they broke it. They have NOT responded or accepted responsibility for the damage they caused. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! BEWARE WHAT YOU DO WITH THEM!!!
