My wife went to this dentist for a cleaning and checkup not too long ago. She had never been there before but had a coupon for a teeth whitening kit with initial appointment. Now my wife takes very good care of her teeth so we were surprised to hear them tell her she needed a deep scaling procedure and had 5 cavities. We were floored when she was given a quote for over $700 dollars and was then told she couldn't have the kit until she had all the work done. To top it off, my insurance company pays for a checkup, x-rays and cleaning, not only did they bill us for the checkup they didn
