BUYER BEWARE!!! Their salesman came to my door and sold me on the first two rounds of treatments for $90 total. These first two treatments would include seeding my lawn, fertilizing my lawn, and treating it with crabgrass preventer. His main selling point was that to seed the lawn myself it would cost me well over $90 in grass seed. Since this was a great deal, I signed up. When they came to do my yard they claimed that I was only getting fertilizing. The paper work I signed clearly said seeding. They told me I would have to wait for the fall before they would do my seeding. To get to the fall I would have to do 4 of these treatments that I do not want for a total of almost $300 before I would get what was in my initial agreement. When I call the customer service department they said they don't want to get in the middle. Isn't that the job of a customer service department? When I called the salesmen, he decided that lying about what he said and what was written down is the best solution. Accountability and customer service is not a value at TruGreen. Their sales tactics are to lie to the customer. I strongly encourage everybody to avoid this business at all costs. What the salesman is trying to sell you is way to good to be true. Save yourself the time and money, go to a more reputable place.
