Review content:
This review is a bit overdue, but we had a issue that should have never happened, and Staley came to our rescue. Our new-built home had the main sewer line disconnected under the basement floor slab. The builder had gone bankrupt, and either a stupid worker pulling a prank, or them not thinking they might get paid, not only didn't connect the line - they left it with about 2 ft of space. So our first month, our toilets and sinks waste went under the floor. When the toilets quit flushing and the roto-rooter guys camera couldn't figure out what happened, Staleys came out at Thanksgiving and gave us back our house and plumbing. Yes, it was expensive in terms of my income, but I figured a thousand dollars, and it wasn't even half. They had to hammer up a big area of the floor, do the work, and then replace the floor. I feel blessed, and I'm about to call them again for another issue. They ARE my plumber!
