Review content:
Management, Supervisor and Owner are well aware they have a Mold problem and they're just patching it up. I believe that the current Tenants are not aware of this issue. I've only been there for 2 months and half, only to find MOLD recently growing around my window. I open my closet and find 7 PAIRS of my shoes, clothes completely damages and some clothes partially infected along with objects covered in MOLD. The manager (a woman) along with the Head Supervisor (a man) came to see the damages and said to me that they are not responsible for my personal items. She quickly said to me that the reason I have MOLD is because I DID NOT TURN ON MY AIR CONDITIONER and that a woman 2 weeks ago, was getting sick quite alot only to realize the MOLD was causing it. (Keep in mind for the past months its been raining and very cold) .....her logic sucks. She said they had to paint over the woman apartment due to the MOLD growing all over. Meanwhile the only thing they quickly offer was to release me from my lease, not offering me another apartment....they basically push me out the door. That is when I realize these people were up to no good because they no what is going on; as she previously stated they have seen this problem before 2 weeks ago. This is how they treat a good paying Tenant.
