My husband needed new glasses but also needed to be coaxed into putting out the money to purchase them. We lucked out when salesperson Brenda came to the rescue! Not only was she personable and caring, she was extremely knowledgeable and knew just how to handle my previously unwilling mate. The upshot was that he purchased two pair of glasses. One, a RayBan prescription sunglass just like he had worn in Air Force days as a pilot and yet another for reading. Brenda walked us through the entire process with humor and complete thoroughness regarding LensCrafters latest products and technology. We were in awe at the choices and the prices available to us. As my rating above states: "Run, don't walk" and hopefully you will luck out with Brenda as your salesperson (especially if you have a stubborn, crusty old husband)...she'll charm him with her stories regarding her grandfather and he'll think it was all his idea to get new glasses in the first place!
