Review content:
I took in a Bernina 1001 machine that I had acquired and asked to have it checked over. They informed me that they would need a power cord. Well, they should have one there if they offer service! They said they would call me with the price on the cord, which they never did. Lasly, I could not leave the maching because they "had nowhere to keep it". So, I drove all the way out there from the Owens/Hollywood area and got nothing done! Will not bother with them again.
Pros: Beautiful store, clearly specialized
Cons: Not very accommodating for service on machines
