I was referred to Carol Nickovich for health insurance. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She made the process of choosing a health plan so simple. She explained Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Kaiser, Health Net, California Choice and PacifiCare and then dental and disability. She is an independent broker and looks at the plans that best fit your your needs. I was amazed at at her attention to detail. She came to my office and explained the group health plans to my employees. During the underwriting process, she contacted me daily and kept me informed of the process, a week later she called me with my approval. I would recommend her to all my friends. She is the best!
