Review content:
It took over 2 weeks and several requests to repair the noisy attic fan. Sump pump clogged and stunk the lower floor of the house a little over a month ago. It took 2 requests and over a week later before the repair was started. I called for the same problem yesterday 10/8/09 and wonder if when will they come to fix the problem. It is now the weekend and unlikely someone will be coming.
Pros: always answer tel. calls, competent maintenance technician
Cons: repeated requests needed and slow in responding to repairs
