I went in just to have my spark plugs changed, which the advertised price was 59.00 and when it was all over my total was $140.00!!! Yes, just for spark plugs. I believed the lie that "because of the positioning of the spark plugs and how difficult it was to get to them" was the justification of the extra fee. When I looked over and noticed the mechanic had the panel opened in all but five minutes and even had time to change another customer's oil, while I was waiting, I simply couldn't believe it. I waited patiently for well over an hour, knowing they were making me wait to justify the "labor time" on my receipt. I couldn't wait to get out of there!!! My number one goal is to spread the word and hopefully I can save someone else from being ripped off. We work hard for our money, why do these scam artists feel it necessary to pad the prices and lie??? I took my lumps but hopefully not another sole will experience what i did on that day. I should have never patronized this location!!! The "manager" stated that they are an honest company but this is the same person that charged me 140.00 for spark plugs!!!! Buyer beware..
