Review content:
Purchased two half off depot coupons and sent an email asking what protocol was for them.. no return email. I called to ask my questions and was told I needed a consult. Just before I left I called the Julington creek location to make sure I did not need an appointment. It is 2 hours before they close and at first they tell me they can see me tonight. Then when I mention my coupons, they tell me to hold on... come back and tell me that they cant see me tonight and want to make an appointment a week out! This is strange since this is supposed be a place you dont have to make an appointment, just walk in. My husband calls back and all of a sudden the Dr. has a "family issue" and that's why he is leaving early... Yeah.. Right. I can respect someone who says he doesnt want to stay till 9 on a friday vs someone who makes up lies and treats me sub-par because I have a coupon..
