I would be ashamed if I were the manager of this store. The customer service is beyond rude. I went in about 2 years ago and was treated rudely. I decided to give it another try today, but I'll never return. I was there for half an hour and finally had to go stand in front of three staff members who were talking among themselves. After (no kidding) a minute of being unacknowledged, I asked if anyone could help me. I stood there again in silence while they waited. Finally, I was "helped" by a rude woman who seemed to resent my presence and my very basic questions (ie., "May I have a swatch?" and "Do you know if you're ordering more of this fabric?") Honestly, I've never written one of these reviews before, but I hope that some manager out there will read it and insist his/her employees learn how to greet and be kind to customers. I found some fabric I like, but there's no way in *hell* that store will be getting my money. (And I notice I'm not the only one here to note they have a rude staff.) Pros: decent selection Cons: you feel completely invisible and staff resents questions
