So, roofing is not a hot topic, UNLESS you need one repaired, then it's VERY important. I decided to do some research before I called one of the many numbers in the yellow pages. It didn't take long to see Heartland came in tops in all areas. I was thrilled (and shocked) to call and talk to a real person, not an answering service! From start to finish, it was a class act. Non-pushy sales personal! Arrived on time, got it all done in one day and cleaned it ALL up. That may not carry a lot of weight in these, hurry up, move on to the next customer mentality of today. To me, it shows some good ole fashion (and forgotten) customer service! I WILL recommend Heartland!!!!
