When we decided to rent a cabin it was very difficult because there were so many in the area to choose from. We ended up choosing a Timber Tops cabin called "A Walk In The Clouds". Before we left I made the mistake of reading some of the reviews for Timber Tops cabins and it worried me. Some were so negative saying the sheets were dirty and cabins were filthy. They said staff wasn't helpful when there were problems etc. Well we stayed in "A Walk In The Clouds" June 18th to the 21st 2010 and it was perfect!!! I think there are just some people you cannot make happy and like to complain. Our cabin was immaculate, clean and exactly like the pictures showed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We wanted our Hot Tub temperature turned down a bit and very promptly a very friendly maintenance man showed up to take care of it. He also went out of his way and filled the tub a little fuller without even being asked. Check in was easy and so was check out. Our cabin was beautiful with every possible feature we could ask for from more than enough towels for all 6 of us to IPOD chargers in every room for the kids to a fully stocked kitchen and the most awesome view ever. They even had the kitchen table completely set when we arrived. Timber Tops is awesome and we sill definitely be back.
