Review content:
I used their appliance repair service to fix a dryer that was not heating. They came out when scheduled and completed the job as scheduled. The dryer worked but did not seem to function the same way that it had in the past. The dryer heated but it would ignite the gas with a loud rush periodically. It worked for about six months and then stopped heating again. I called them to see if they could fix the problem. They told me that the repair man that they sent out no longer worked for them and it would cost for them to come out again. I thought fine I will just buy another dryer rather than pay for another costly repair service that might or might not work. I bought a new dryer and had it installed;. When the other dryer was removed the cord to the old dryer had melted to the back of the dryer. WARNING! We were lucky that it did not cause a fire. The dryer was repaired poorly and this company is not willing to stand behind their repairs.
