Review content:
I needed expert decorating advice, so I started working with these people. I was interested in window design, artwork, table decor, and counter stools to complement our dining room. They sent a consultant our for measurements and then I was emailed some pictures of stools. I asked if it would look okay to have a couple of taller stools, since I am of short stature. It took a long time (our holiday parties were over), but finally 5 stools were brought over. There were three tall and two short, but the tall did not fit the counter - no one was able to get their legs under it. I visited the store in person to let them know that their measurements were not accurate and I was told "We cannot take something back that has been in your house, anjd WE don't want to lose money". So, I guess it's okay if I lose money due to their mistake. I decided the only thing to do was to order two more short stools. I called and talked to the person whom had come out to the house, and she said she'd call me after her meeting. That was yesterday and I'm waiting. I found the same stool on Amazon (for a whole lot less money), so I'll do that. I can count on Amazon. My advice: They have pretty merchandise, but do not use them as decorators. They are absolutely inept
