Review content:
This is a yoga business. They have a method and a style and do not drift from it. Now this is very good for some yogis but personally I like some creativity and personality in my practice. The teachers have been given a script which they will not stray from and discourage practitioners from straying in their practice. The instructors use microphones and there is NO time allotted to shavasana. The only thing that I really like about the place is that they have GREAT showers, provide towels and soap. If you are looking to sweat, build strength and flexibility this is a great place for you. If you are looking for spiritual fulfillment this place is detrimental to your peace of mind.
