If you have not been to Sunstone Yoga you have to come try out the most amazing studio there is in the DFW area. The studios are extemely clean, the instructors are all registered at the 500 hour level and are highly trained and wonderful! I started coming to Sunstone back in 2004 and fell in love with it because it offered a great workout that I was looking for, but it also helped me to let go and relax. I walked out of every class feeling calm, open and ready to share this experience to everyone and so I hope from reading this you will take the opportunity to come and try is out because I bet if you come and try you just might get ADDICTED!!! I sure did and still love the experience of every class I take.
Pros: free matt and towel service, triple filtered water throughout the studios, 4 studios and more are coming and once you have a membership your membership follows you to all of the, which is great.
