We have lived in this complex for 7 years. It is a great place to live. The grounds are fabulous, the amenities bountiful. Yes, it is older but that is the charm. Maybe the people with black mold should keep an eye on things. They are constantly painting, fixing and updating things. The location on the Silver Strand is fabulous. The 4th of July fireworks barge parks right in front on the channel. If you are an overstressed,ego driven,X gen, then this place is NOT for you.
