Sales department sucks. I went to buy a car of particular color as my wife's first car and told them how important it is for me to get her the car she wants. First they tried their best to talk me out of it knowing fully well how important it was. They openly said it will be pricier to get it and they can make great deals on other types. Nothing wrong with that but it sounded so insensitive and rude when our repeated no they persisted and repeated the same thing over and over again. Finally they located the car we wanted asked us higher price for it. Overall when we refused to pay their asking price, they called us 6 times at our home at all the wrong times knowing fully well that we have a baby at home. When I called them and came half way to meet their price, they first agreed that it is deal. Then they called me back in like 10 minutes and reverted to their original price demand. Completely dishonest and inhumane and brutal guys. They just want to rip you off. They also employ old school tricks like printing invoices with random numbers to show that they are actually loosing money by selling car to you. Just to make you feel bad that you negotiated their offered price. The guys here are so dishonest and have no value for their words. I wish there was a negative star rating that I could bestow on these people. They suck! My advise, go to more honest people who have some business ethics. These people certainly have none!
