Businiess name:  Action Enterprizes Moving & Hauling General Svc

Review content:
I hired Action Enterprizes soley because they had no negatve reviews, no BBB complaints (actually they had an A+ rating), no consumer affairs complaints or attorney general complaints. I did my homework, I looked for an insured and bonded mover with A+ standings. Unfortunately, all of this meant nothing. In general, when Actions Enterprizes showed up to my home they were late to the job (2hrs), they did not wrap my furniture (like promised), they carried my 60'" plasma out in the rain -uncovered- and cracked the base because they rolled it out on a dolley, they broke half of my Bo concept entertainment unit and had the audacity to give me $100.00 for it after all was said and done. When my furniture arrived to my new home it was a pile of wet, smashed and crushed boxes. When I tried to negotiate a fair compensation for my damages, he told me that he "gave me a recession price," but I would have been happy to pay more if it meant that my items would be returned to me in tact. Although Mr. Jerome Baylor is a nice man he is a horrible man to do business with, he will cheat you, nickel and dime you, pressure you and then have the gall to hand you his magnet business cards and ask you to refer him to others. I encourage you not to use him and his company or refer them to anyone - unless you REALLY hate them! Pros: nice guys Cons: your items will be damaged
