Wish I could give this review with no stars but it is not permitted. Do not spend your money here. While the Optometrist here is very good, the "manager" and her staff are terrible. Being new to the area we decided to give them a try for our family. Four of us have eye care needs. I was going to write the entire incident but it is so long and drawn out that it isn't worth it. Erica, the "manager," and one of her staff, Steve, are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Their receipts have their "guarantee" on the bottom and a phone number for the "president of All About Eyes" to call if for any reason you are not satisfield. The "president's" number is nothing more than a voice mail line with no name attached. This is a franchise with no headquarters. Erica claimed to have had to call the headquarters to approve my refund. Guess she has a real phone number for the investor(s) who own this location. Yes, I got my money back for the contacts that never were. I am sorry we spent $2,400 on glasses with them.
