I used this company two years ago for major work on my A/C. The worker Eric was great, fast, professional. However, today I called because the A/C is not working and I was informed by the very unprofessional receptionist that they don't have anyone to service an A/C on the roof. I asked her how they planned on fulfilling the 5-year warranty I have? She was rude and robotically repeated "I can't send anyone out because I don't have anyone." The manager was conveniently in a meeting and apparently the owner was not around either. She said they have an A/C contractor but he's "an older gentleman" who doesn't go on the roof. Ok??!!! Because it's a liability!! So apparently they don't have liability insurance for their employees as they state on the website. I am now awaiting a callback from the manager. Not holding my breath.
