The distributor (D & L Metal Sales Lagrange, IN)purchased doors through this company. The distributor Daniel was pissed that we cancelled building our pole barn so he refuses to try and return the $2700 worth of doors for us. I have also spoken with Brandy at Pro Doors who was trying to get me some type of credit until the manager Jim Stevens took charge and told me personally they didn't want the doors back. After I offered to drive them back myself. The distributor Daniel told me to throw them in the road someone would take them. The product looks ok but would highly urge people to go somewhere else since the distributors and company gang up on the end customer that is paying their bills! Contact me for cheap pole barn doors one is 12 x12 other is 14 x 13' 6" $500 each complete....269-659-4639
