Called hillen to fix our tv. They came and picked it up (very difficult to understand) Said they could fix it in a couple of days. Three weeks later after several t/c's where they were extremely rude, with excuse after excuse, they delivered our tv without the stand which was attached when they picked it up. They said they would go back to the store and retrieve it. When I called a couple of hours later they told me to look around my house and when I told them it wasn't here, he doubted me and told me he would look again. Another hour later they had not called. When I called, they still hadn't found it. They said it would take a couple of days. Now we have a tv which cannot stand upright (don't even know if they fixed it) and their cart that they carried it into the house on. I told them that if they didn't find the stand we would keep the tv, their cart and they would not get paid anymore than the $185 we already paid them. He hung up on me. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT use this company. Today they brought back our tv. They had found the stand, surprise,surprise. When they went to attach the stand, they didn't have the right bolts to attach it. The owner had to go to the local Lowes and get them. He left his assistant at our house and he proceeded to fall asleep, snoring. The owner came back about one hour later. They were tryng to re-hook up the tv and kept asking my husband how to connect the cables. After about one hour the tv was working but the dvr didn't work. After about another hour they finally got it to work. When they were asked what the problem was , he reponded, "I don't know". I told the owner that we didn't trust him and that we would wait 7 days to see if the tv continued to run properly. If that was the case I would send a check. He becme very angry and said he was going to take the tv. He didn't. At the end of 7 days, I will pay him, but again I will NEVER use their services again and I recommend that nobody use them for any repairs. Pros: null Cons: null
