I would normally never right a review but in this case I believe it is absolutely necessary. I wish I would have checked this site myself before bringing my pet in for help. The Doctors there were not very helpful they could not pin point an exact problem and I understand that sometimes that is how some health problems are. My pet was held at the hospital for 4 days and just got worse and worse and they really discouraged me from coming to visit. Dr. Han is the most uncompassionate man I ever met and drove me to tears on the phone. His laugh is the coldest laugh I've ever heard. PLEASE listen to me take your pet anywhere else even if your pet is already being treated there then you need to immediately go get your pet and take it somewhere else. You will have so much more peace of mind! If your pet is very sick you are going to need kind words and thoughts and prayers NOT somebody who is going to be mean to you and doesnt know how to show compassion or explain what is going on with your pets health. My pet is no longer with me and I am crushed. There is no way to say that another Hospital could have saved my pet, but I feel that both my pet and I could have been treated a lot better and with a lot more respect and compassion! I agree with the other comment that was left stating that if only one person listens to this posting then it was totally worth it!
